The difference

We are well aware of the fact that there are many products on the market, some still exist and others have gone. All claim to save you fuel. All claim that they cannot harm your engine. All will try and claim that they will not affect your warrantee and even if something did happen, they would not be able to trace it. These claims are false in most cases and you need to be aware of this before using a product.

As we have learnt over the years, you cannot just take a solvent like thinners and add it to your fuel. You will initially see a positive result and believe it or not, there are people out there who go down to the hardware stores to get a few bottles of this and that and make up a mix which simply boosts your octane and cetane values. Usually they do not even know the difference between octane and cetane.

Motor manufacturers design engines with specific fuel requirements for a reason. Among these are the lubrication requirements for the fuel injection and ignition systems. Also, the material used in the combustion chamber is also sensitive to what is put into the fuel... some concoctions of fuel "additives" can boost your octane and cetane so much that the engine runs hotter at the manifold than is allowed, leading to premature engine failure. Execessive engine wear can also occure if the fuel is "watered down" too much as the piston rings may not have adequate lubrication.

The bottom line is, you simply cannot run the risk of falling prey to every salesman's cheap talk... how many salesmen have you met in the past who cannot explain the basics of engine combustion and fuel technology? We may not be experts but we DO understand engines. This product is effective from the time you put it in your tank... it will kill bacteria/algea, remove water in the fuel (we suggest you keep new fuel filters in stock), clean any scale and carbon in fuel lines and injectors, remove carbon from the combustion chamber and also the turbo and exhaust.
